"LIKE MEN STUDY WAR; WE WILL STUDY PEACE..."
Habari (Hello)! The House of Umoja is in its legacy phase and working to establish a strong foundation for our future generations to carry on the work of creating and maintaining peace. We are working to convert our buildings and lots into a campus, the Global Fattah Peace Academy & Campus which stands on the legs of faith, kinship community, agriculture, technology, and the value of human life.

SUSTAINABILITY Now and In The Future...
The Umoja MakersLAB & Entrepreneurial Hub (UMLEH) provides community economic development and sustaining revenue for the peace academy. The UMLEH also will provide our underserved and marginalized communities unprecedented access and opportunities to tinker, create prototypes, produce small runs, and learn and leverage Web3 technologies. Academy students along with our community technologists, inventors, makers, small businesses, and entrepreneurs in the cottage industries and beyond will have the opportunity to create and innovate. Currently, Umoja Tech has Umojaware small business administrative software, a 3D printer that produces our Stranger Danger whistles, drone and V/R play, and 360 shooting for V/R environments. |
In 2024 Umoja has designated every Tuesday as GIVING TUESDAY. It is your opportunity to do today that which secures a better tomorrow for at least eight generations. Our next goal is to raise $250,000.00 capacity and programming funding by 31 May 2024 for phase 1 completion. This funding will allow the lab to launch its self-sustaining model.
PHASE 1 is underway. We have raised $1.25M toward pre-development funding. Please, help us raise $250,000 to build the organizational capacity and programming for this phase. No amount you give is too large or too small.
